Most businesses are live within 2-5 days after a short setup call. We use that time to understand your services, build the conversation flows and connect everything so calls start working smoothly from day one.

The system can greet callers, answer common questions, qualify new leads, collect contact details, send you summaries and help callers take the next step such as booking a call or visit. When a situation is too sensitive or complex, we route it to a human according to your preferences.

If a call needs a human touch, the system passes the call to our human call center or directly to you, based on the rules we set together. Our human team is available 4am-8pm PST. Outside those hours, callers can leave a message or have their details captured and sent to you.
